Nikkilash Studio & Academy Cancellation Policy At Nikki Lash, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all clients and students, we have established the following cancellation policy: Lash Services     •    Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service total.     •    Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.     •    No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the total service price and must pay in full when rebooking.     •    Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Nikki Lash Academy Certification Courses     •    Deposits & Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in our certification courses. Full payment is due one week before the class date.     •    Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance to transfer your deposit to a future class. Cancellations within 7 days of the course date will result in a loss of deposit and any payments made.     •    No-Shows: Students who do not attend without prior notice will forfeit all payments and must re-enroll at full price.     •    Course Policy: All course fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another student or reschedule for the next available date (subject to availability). Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen.
